Design your own acoustic surface for a space like a space!
We also manufacture customized acoustics products. Thanks to our new computer-controlled cutter, we can cut a variety of products from felt sheet. In addition, we manufacture so-called housing panels according to our own dimensions.
From a straight sheet of felt it is possible to cut any figures. The felt can be of a standard color or fabric upholstery, and various cutouts can be cut into shapes.
An acoustic liner can also be attached to the back of the disc if desired by the customer. All figure products come with a Velcro fastener as standard, so fixing to the wall is as easy as any of our other panel products!
Felt sheets can be laminated with an adhesive surface, which is protected by protective paper. Fine-cut felt sheets can be used, for example, as cabinet backboards, on the underside of tables, on the surfaces of space dividers, or even for upholstery of lobby furniture. The thickness of the felt sheet can be separately specified from 6 to 10 mm, and it also works great as a bulletin board surface.
We manufacture so-called housing panels according to our own dimensions: different colors, sizes and thicknesses. Inside the case products there is an acoustic lining and the familiar Soften Velcro fastener. Screw fastening is also possible in housing products.
The maximum size of the material blank for both felt sheet products and housing products is 1250 x 3000 mm. The minimum depth of housing products is 45 mm.
