Green tea but not like you know it. Forget bitter or dusty, we use the finest Darjeeling to make it delightfully mellow. Mix that with refreshing mint and a hint of liquorice, and you’ve got a digestion-soothing drink that goes great with meals.
Use one teaspoonful per cup. Brew with freshly boiled water and infuse for up to three minutes.
Drunk with loads of sugar in Morocco as a post lunch digestive, we think it is best on its own.
